Hired TM Anderson Law Firm two-and-a-half months ago to help me with some traffic issues: so far I am NOT impressed with their communication.

UPDATE 03.13.2025 - Sent repeated emails to TM Anderson Law Firm for updates on my case; never heard back. Instead, I get a courtesy call from the Court House "reminding" me that I have to appear in court next week. I call TM Anderson to find out what is going on. The front desk answers the phone; she sounds like I woke her up. This law firm is just unbelievable.

Most unprofessional law firm I have ever dealt with the reception acts like she owns the company. She's been messaging me and my fiance for about a month to work out of pricing to get represented by the law firm. We haven't even talked to the lawyers because she's the in between says that she's running things smh' she doesn't respond back to messages. She's got mad at my fiance today because he asked about the pricing before court in a couple days and she lashed out and said that he had the wrong number so he messaged her and told her he was going to report her law firm to the bar associate for being unprofessional and she threatened to call the authorities on him for telling her that in a message she lied and told him that it wasn't the law firm's phone number. It's her personal phone that she's been messaging us for about a month now. I recommend that no one ever uses them to represent them in court. The reception person who I guess runs everything is the most unprofessional person I've ever talked to in a professional business we are definitely going to report the firm to the bar associate.

Their website says legal malpractice litigation. I walked in and sat down, explaining my case for 60 seconds. Receptionist told boss I refused to leave. Never was told to leave. They threatened me with trespassing if I came back. Not nice people. Power trippers. Unethical practice. Good luck.
