I wanted to share my frustrations regarding my interactions with Mr. Bruce Tinkoff. Unfortunately, I've found him to be unresponsive, as he has not followed up or returned calls. It seems he may be disengaged, possibly due to nearing retirement, which is disappointing given the importance of timely communication in our matters.
With a fee of $1,700 for his services, I expected a higher level of respect and attention to detail when it comes to writing up and filing the LLC. His lack of follow-through has raised concerns about our progress. So with that said, Your Fired!

This law firm wasted 6 weeks of our companies time waiting for a simple LLC to be filed. Everything he said and promised didn't happen. I'll call you later in the week to get your SSN really he never called. We called back and the rude brother who answered the phone said I don't even know who you are. Great customer service. Then 3 weeks go by and we called again and Bruce said I should have an answer today. I called the State to see if this was even file and it was not. 1700 dollars for a runaround. What a complete scam. I think it's time for Bruce to find another occupation. If you're looking fir an attorney to jerked you around Bruce is your man.
