I am an agricultural real estate appraiser, and sometimes I need to get information from Title Companies to do my work properly. Timberline has always sent me information very quickly. I truly appreciate their help when working in Adams County!

We didn't want to use Timberline Title but our agent recommended them. We wanted to send cashier check, but Timberline would only accept wire transfer. We had a hard time finding out how much funds needed to be sent to them over a real estate purchase. We had a hard time trying to find out wire transfer information. We were at our bank in Boise and received an email from the owner Christy Ward with instructions for transfer. The bank employee viewed this information the funds were sent. We contacted Timberline Title to confirm transfer and said they would keep an eye open for it. We never received further response. We had an appointment with Karen Amidon in two days to sign our documents. We received the information of all our fees and disposition of our funds, nothing was said about not having any funds. The next day we receive a call that Timberline Title does not have our funds and has no idea where they are at. Now four days later the funds are gone and deposited in a Wells Fargo account in Driggs, Idaho. We have contacted the PD, FBI, Attorney General, Chaser Bank, Wells Fargo bank and we are unable to have a freeze put on this account. We have no idea what is happening. We have not heard from Timberline Title. We are now advised after the fact that prior to transferring funds to call the person receiving funds to be sure the wiring instructions are correct. We feel Timberline Title does not have the precautions to prevent intrusion in to their data base. We hope Timberline Title has insurance to cover this loss, but then again we haven't heard from them. .

Wonderful bunch of girls. They are so ready to help you.They handled my closing on my house and they handle another property escrow every month for me. Everytime I call they are willing to help and just full of information and help. Love the girls at Timberline Title.
