Our experience with Tilley Mediation Services came at a horrible time. My step mom had passed away the morning of our meeting, there were no ways around rescheduling since our lawyer traveled from Boston which was a surprise. We came into the meeting blind, we had no idea today was THE day we would discuss settlement. Our case has been in works for 10 years, 7 years open in court. Today was THE day.
Settlement did not go in our favor. Not for what our lawyers were asking. Our son will have a payout when he is 18 of course no amount of money will change what happened 12 years ago but we knew being from a small town & politics favoring money we were lucky to walk away with anything.. believe me they tried to settle for pennys!
Mr Tilley was informative, calling me by name often.. he made me feel just as important as the big boys in the opposite room.
Our meeting was very emotional, lots of tears. Mr. Tilley walked us out once the meeting was over. I feel like he is very good at what he does. I’m sure it’s hard being the middle man wishing you could pick a side but staying neutral.
I give his office 5 stars. Well deserved & we sincerely thank him for being kind, we needed kindness after what we went through.

Obvious bias during mediation. Began very cordial, saying all the right things. By the end of the mediation true bias was shown and the mediator became very rude. Would not recommend
