I contacted this office for a counciltation. Despite the case not being taken, the lawyer I talked to was extremely patient and willing to explain things to me, and give me advice for if I want to move the case forward. Jay O’Connor was great to work with. He is very thorough and doesn’t sugar coat anything, he is very honest and prepares you on what to expect and keeps you up to date on next steps. I had to contend with a lot of changes and rescheduled court dates due to Covid19. I was always kept up to date by Sara and the office on constant date changes. I’m very satisfied with Jay and the responsiveness of everyone!
