I called this gentleman in need of help for a $25 monthly 3rd party charge to my rent and he boldly told me it would cost me $450 an hour and he demanded at least 2 hour minimum just to sit and discuss the $25 a month charge.... $900... or 3 years of that monthly cost in order to save me $25 a month I cannot already afford to pay. This is how GREEDY lawyers help landlords commit atrocities against their tenants. It cost less to take it in the rear than to get help and prosecute people in charge taking advantage of their positions aka the landlord raising rent by $25 so you have a 3rd party tracking your rental payments.
