I’ve worked with Vance for a few years now at my clinic and I can’t say enough good things about them. Everyone I’ve had to the pleasure to do business with has always been professional, easy to work with and kind. Queenie and Billie are so organized and efficient. The case managers and attorneys are quick to respond to any questions/concerns we may have. Vance really has such a great group of people and we’re lucky to do business with them.

My experience with attorney Alex Caudell was amazing! Things to keep in mind though, the portion they take is well earned. The time it takes makes a difference. Give them time to do their job and you will have no complaints in the end. I had great communication all the way through, no surprises, and great access to my attorney. My only regret is forgetting to shake his hand on way out after picking up my settlement check. 10/10 would recommend.
