I visited the UPS store in Florence today to use their Notary service. Mayer was very kind and knowledgeable. He also helped me with scanning my documents and emailing them to me. This was so easy and convenient!

The lady that works here is SO rude and unprofessional it is unbelievable how she treats customers. She even answers the phone “hello” I was like “hi…? is this UPS?” Like coke on girl you are answering the store phone not your cell phone. I dropped a package off 9/27 and it is 10/3 and still shows it has not been scanned by UPS. I have called several times and spoken with her as well as the corporate UPS (also, why are these UPS stores privately owned And the customer is the middle man when things go wrong!) I have called and had to speak with her nasty attitude and she continues to lie and say it has been scanned and picked up by UPS and literally screamed “why can’t anyone do anything right” when I told her I called UPS 1800 number and they said it should show an update once the initial drop off scan was completed. Anyways, she was providing no help to the situation. It was kind of comical to me how outrageous her attitude was!!! Every time I go in there though there seems to be a very toxic work environment based on the employees professionalism (and why would they keep an employee like this?…red flag) and I get it is a low paying position but come on lady you are giving the whole store a bad reputation. I would rather drive to the next location in Killen than deal with her again.

Be sure you have LOTS of time!

Been here a few times and there's always have 15 - 20 people in line. Mostly doing Amazon returns. Line wraps around the store, with ONE person working the counter.

I read the UPS stores are doing this "line up" on purpose to stop Amazon customers from dropping packages as it takes lots of labor, even though the company signed on for this! Some of the blame goes to the ‘Amazombies’ who are relentlessly returning stuff and don't know what the heck they are doing. If you don't know what a QR code is, you probably should NOT be ordering Amazon items let alone returning items.

I personally avoid this store. In my experience, Kohl's is WAY easier Amazon returns.....never a line.

Play I don’t know the name of the little black haired lady that works in there, but she is extremely rude. She has a soured look on her face. She’s in a terrible mood. Anytime I go in to take a package today. I went to drop off a package and I didn’t hear exactly what she said but apparently I said it on the wrong side of the counter and she snatched it up and put it on the other side acting very irritated.. I thought maybe she was having a bad day a few times so I gave her the benefit of the doubt but it’s like that every single time I go in it’s absolutely ridiculous. Get another job if you don’t have good customer service skills

Poor customer service. The lady working was so dismissive of the elderly lady in front of me who didn’t know how to email her the paper needed to return a package. Then was rude to me. This is not the first time I have witnessed this employee be rude to customers. I’ll be using the Mail Room in Florence from now on.

Excellent experience when dropping off an Amazon return. The store was very busy and the workers were working diligently to handle the number of individuals present. Jared promptly scanned my phone, placed a sticker on my item and provided a receipt to me. Amazon immediately provided my refund after I left the store.
