I am so grateful to have found Lisa. It has been very difficult to find someone that is the right fit with me. Practices are either not accepting new patients or don’t participate with my insurance. Lisa was referred from a friend and is out of state. I appreciate the fact that she has tele-visits. That is very accommodating. Lisa is very kind, gentle and easy to speak with. She listens to me and helps me understand why my anxiety affects me the way it does. I feel like I walk away knowing a little more about myself after each appointment. I selected The Taylor-Austin Group due to the experience of the owner. She is a licensed and board certified counselor, which was important. Lisa is very thorough. I was given paperwork and signed a document which explained everything including billing. Lisa went over all of this in our first appointment and I had an opportunity to ask questions which she gladly answered.
She billed my insurance and also explained it is my responsibility to understand my insurance plan, which I agree with. She encouraged me to call my insurance company to double check everything she told me was accurate. I did this and it was. My insurance paid without any problems. Lisa was professional and friendly and accommodated my schedule easily. She is very skilled at helping others and making others feel at ease. I recommend this place without hesitation.

Don't waste your time. You can fill out paperwork that takes hours, have up to 4 visits with her, and then be referred to another therapist that isn't taking new clients.
