I'll keep this short and sweet for now...DO NOT do business with this firm. My dad passed away 2 years ago. His estate STILL isn't finalized and it's impossible to get in touch with anyone. Stay far away from this law group.

I'm going to go ahead and repost my horrible review of this firm. Do not use them. I had a great lawyer until he had to leave before closing out my case. I was switched to another person who was impossible to get in touch with. When I finally did I was told she would get in touch with the other party. After MONTHS of not hearing anything I finally call back to basically be told it was my fault for not calling back. Well I assumed that if they were going to be contacting someone they would get back to me once they made contact. Fine I let it go and get told they will reach back out to the other party due to something else coming up but get told I'm being passed off again. Once more I'm not notified of the outcome of contact even after I was clearly told they would contact me again. Then 2 weeks later out of the blue I get a letter in the mail that the prue law group has removed itself from my case!!! I never even spoke to the woman who filed that paperwork with the courts!!! And I was supposed to have a report back date and I notified the lawyers that there was an open matter needing to be addressed! The day I received the letter I get an email from the final lawyer I never even met telling me if I need further information on my case I'll have to go to court and file that I'm representing myself! So I'm in dept thousands and all the stress they have caused me for what? I originally posted a negative review and was basically begged to remove it I will not be removing this one. This firm does not care for clients just the money they make of you in the meantime.

Do not do use this firm. They are taking all of my late Dad's money. They are horrible. Do not use them at all.

I had a minor issue that could have caused a major headache resolved by the team at Prue. I received conflicting information in the mail from the State and it was all sorted out in no time as a result of their research/actions. Thank you, all!
