As excited as I am to be able to marry my fiancé even under these circumstances, I thought The OC Notary was our saving grace!! In fact it was not! After setting an appointment, assuring my fiancé all was set, they declined my request due to “ Exhausting Circumstances”. They failed to tell me they have strict payment options and CASH wasn’t one of them. Now I’m off to find someone who can grant us this happy day. What a shame. Not going refer to anyone, definitely going to yelp to make others aware of their lack of communication.
