I'm about to be meeting with them for the second time. My first time they were truly helpful and helped work to make things work out. I've already had my first meeting for this second round and I'm already so excited to get there and get it going as I had an amazing experience from the first time and already this first time speaking with someone for our second round. Margaret is always very pleasant and wonderful to speak with and work with. I would hands down always recommend talking with her. Very knowledgeable, very empathetic, kind, patient, considerate, understanding. Even though the thought of having to go through a situation that needs a place such as this, the staff there is very professional and very intuitive.

They are very clearly just a ‘middle man’ in the whole process as the facts/details of a case don’t particularly matter to them. During my mediation process I didn’t feel anything I said really mattered much and their main concern was getting the session done and getting their money.

We paid but no agreement was reached. Also they tried to say that I didn't make my last payment when I did I handed the receipt to the guy he handed it to the cashier lady. My attorney reached out to me and said can you pay the mediation center. So I called the mediation center they looked oh yeah you did pay it just didn't get updated! It could have been a mistake but I just noticed when your income is on a scale you get treated differently!

Any mediation center could be good with nonprofit association "disputes" if you have professionals to mediate it. Mediation Center mediators could do that, but they didn't. Sovida gives 5 stars on review, but i'd rather he would have called me back to prepare for a mediation that ended to be a mediation where the mediators accepted fraud as okay and billed funds to the victims for wasting their time. Crazy. Meaning board members like Dr. Greg Sutton or Kelvin Korver can vote to increase the cost of something simple like mowing by $30,000 and they pay their interests while defrauding property owners that placed trust in them. #fraudkings #greedisbad #fakemediation
