Selecting Mr. McNerney to represent me in a traffic defense case was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Not only is he an outstanding and deeply experienced attorney but he is also a sincere and empathetic person. Joe is an incredible lawyer to have on your side! I hired him for a traffic accident that I felt I was not in the wrong for. His consultation was very extensive and made me feel at ease with all of his experience / knowledge. I never once felt rushed or like he didn't have time to answer any of my questions. In fact, I never had to deal with any paralegal or assistant when trying to speak with him. He gave me his direct cell phone to lessen all of my concerns whenever I felt necessary. Joe genuinely cares about his clients and that isn't something you will just find anywhere in the study of law. When the court day came, he was prompt, thorough, and prepared with a plan of how we would tackle the worst case scenario; had it gotten to that point. Because of Joe, my case was dismissed and my record is still clean.

If your looking for a reliable great attorney, who will get right down to business than joe is your guy. He was my lawyer for a speeding ticket I was out of the court room within 10 minutes with my ticket dismissed from my record. I first contacted joe on mother’s day, by which I was not expecting him to answer until the next business day, he contacted me on that same day within the same hour. He is very reliable takes his job serious and cares about his clients truly.

I could not recommend a better attorney! He was able to bring my speeding ticket from a class A misdemeanor to a petty offense and then a full dismissal of supervision. He saw the potential in me as a person and saw that I was worth helping out. I was completely surprised to see him at my follow-up court date where he wanted to make sure that my case closed up fully. He did this out of the kindness of his heart, free of charge. That’s the kind of person he is. Caring, good at his job and a great human. I would recommend him for any traffic case and he seems to know the judges at Bridgeview Courthouse very well.

Joe is the best! If you’re looking for an attorney that will be there for you and help you right away, he is the one. He answers your text and calls right away.
