If you haven't visited this store for any of your printing needs you are really missing out on what this small business has to offer. It's owner run so you can imagine.The quality of service is top notch. I have never left the store unhappy or concern about any of the services I walked in for, ranging from mailing to printing. The owner is always attentive to every customer that walks in through the door and makes sure all of their needs are met. For example, I had to wait for my printing job for a few minutes because it was just a complex digital print and in order to compensate for the wait time, which really was not his fault, he decided to waive my credit card fee.

This place is a gem! The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ve been able to ship things all over the world with the highest confidence that the items will arrive safely and quickly. I was also impressed by their photo printing capability. I needed a large canvas print of a family photo and they turned one around in record time. It was amazing. They also did it cheaper, faster and of much higher quality than Shutterfly. It’s rare you find a locally owned business that takes such great pride in delighting their customers and providing outstanding service.

I love the mail box store! The owner (Alaa Fawzy) made things easy, and he's a good business man who really looks after his customers. You can tell how passionate he is. He helped me get my estate plan signed just a few weeks ago with my brother and my friends. He's a great guy!

Extraordinary service!

I went in this morning to ship cookies to 6 people. Two in IL, one in WI, and 3 in NC.

I went here close to noon and Mary Ann and her colleague worked quickly and efficiently to box everything, print labels, and get my packages sent to FedEx immediately.

My packages left this store and were sent to Romeoville within just a couple hours!

The prices were very fair as well!

Great service, great prices, I will be continuing to do business here! No more post office ever again for me!!!

The owner of this store is super friendly and knowledgeable about shipping. I was so happy and appreciative of him for packing and shipping my computer tower. Every experience I have with Al and this business is excellent. He is always patient and helpful in designing the Marketing card products I need. I also like the way he communicates and his overall responsiveness level. Whether I need mailing supplies or help designing something, he couldn’t make it any easier to do business.
