Miguel Riveras firm has been handling my husbands case for 8 years now. It was a long process and they pushed us through it and made sure we had everything we needed to file. I cannot say it was an easy experience because my husbands case was very complex. The paralegal Paula dealt with us mainly but Miguel always answered his phone directly when we reached out to him. My husband was placed in Administrative Processing and Paula and Miguel were able to guide us through and educated us on putting pressure on the embassy to move the case. The embassy emailed Paula at 10:45 at night with the finalization information for my husbands last interview and she called me immediately. I felt like she was holding tears back as if this personally affected her. You don't find that type of compassion just anywhere!!! After 628days of being separated my husband was able to come home. My husband received his ss# within 10 days of being home and his 10year green card 28 days after entering the US (6 to 9 months is the average wait for your GC). Like I said it was by far an easy process but they stuck it out with us and pushed until the end. I appreciate everything that they have helped my family with. I will definitely continue to use their firm in the future and recommend that you give them a chance too.

Schedule an appointment for 3pm and it wasnt until 4:30pm that they were able to see me. The lady paralegal who handle my application seem in such a hurry, she rushed through my application. Not only that, she was working on other cases, answering phone calls, emailing while working w/me. I am paying $1000 for 30 mins of her time to help me with my application and at the expererience was not good at all. I came recommended to this place and I am never coming back. God knows if my application was sent correctly. To finish it off, I was handed the LAST page of the contract to sign (did not even receive a copy) and submitted a payment. Of course, I look hispanic and we are all ignorant, he dont need a copy of the contract. If you are planning to file an application, your better off going someplace else or doing it yourself. They handle so many cases and they dont seem too well organized. I will follow up on my case using a different firm.
