So many Yelp and Google Reviews can't be trusted. Not the case with Paul Miller Esq. I hired an attorney 4 years ago to create a Trust and Will for me and my family. It took FOREVER partly because it was being prepared remotely by a San Francisco firm...but the actual lawyer working on it lives in Israel and the time difference etc made the process painful. As a result I never felt that confident about the final product.

I heard about Paul Miller from friends and his Yelp and Google reviews. I emailed him to set-up a meeting to discuss "redoing" the Trust and Will. All communication was directly with Paul. I didn't have to go through layers of admins and staff.

After a thorough review of my Trust and Will, he emailed back a detailed analysis of my documents. This is a copy of his "FINAL NOTES"

"FINAL NOTES

In short, the estate plan that you had created for you by the (_________) law firm appears to be valid and well drafted. Unless you wish to update the order of hierarchy of your successor trustees, executors, or agents, I don’t believe it needs any updating.

I sent him a reply telling him asking him again if he could find ANYTHING creative that could be added. I would be happy to pay for additional "fine tuning". Again...he replied that he could find anything to charge me for.

This kind of honesty and integrity is rare today. IF and when there are changes in my Will or Trust status...I know who I will be contacting in the future, Paul Miller Esq!

My wife & I created a Nolo DYI trust 20 years ago, & we wanted to make some updates to it. I felt uncomfortable making these changes myself, so after reading all his great reviews on Google, we went to Paul to discuss options for updating our trust.

We were absolutely shocked that Paul, after looking at our trust & asking a few questions about our current situation, said he wasn't sure we even needed a trust -- that there were other probate-avoidance options that would work for us. Paul wasn't trying to sell us something we may not need! He even printed out some statutory forms for us.
