Terrible lawyer!!!!! She was 4 hours late to our 8am scheduled court date! That was the first time she went to court "with" me... Left me sitting there waiting for hours and hours. Had to talk to the judge myself and of course I didn't know what I was doing. That's why I hired an attny! Then the second time - she was late again - about an hour. We got some things done that day - I believe because she knows some people at the court house and I was livid! I gave her a second chance - I know things happen - BUT she did filed my case that day - while I was standing with her - to make sure that she did it! She filed it wrong with the OAG office. Come to find out 8 years later from the OAG office that she filed an additional cause when I already had a cause - she should have just added to that one that was already in place. Now, I am dealing with all the after math- OAG and their financial department are having to go thru the past 8 years of my second cause # she created and of course that is just a mess and headache now. after all this time, this lady is still affecting my life! the effects of her actions are still playing out! DO NOT HIRE HER! She will not stand by you! She will use you and then not do anything to help you or fix her mistakes. I hope that no one else goes thru what I experienced with this lady. So much time, energy, and money - wasted! No one has money to be wasting like that! I had to give 1 star bc I had to thru google but I definitely wouldn't have even given her 1. Please beware and don't trust this lady with your precious things in your life. Would NOT EVER EVER EVER Recommend her to anyone. I tell everyone - Stay away from this one!!

Horrible customer service experience. I scheduled a consultation online and paid $100 on website through PayPal for the consultation. Laura Roth never showed up and doesn't have the professional courtesy of responding to her clients emails. Good thing I paid with my credit card because now I will be disputing the charges. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Terrible Lawyer, I think anyone without a law degree could have advised me better.
She was never in the office, excuse after excuse for not returning calls...sick , death in family she even told.me she had a miscarriage Who tells there client this. I got s rewed in my divorce settlement. When she wouldn't return my call I paid for another consultation with someone else who advised me to ask her to file a motion for me but she didn't return call for over 30 days
..don't waste your time or money anyone else would be better!!!

Laura presented herself as capable of providing the necessary skills to complete a task related to parental rights. She failed miserably. Provided documents which were all signed, executed and filed with the court with absolutely NO action following. She did not follow up after several inquiries and status requests. MONTHS later. We are now stuck because she still has not withdrawn from the case while she has not represented us officially for months. NOT RECOMMENDED

I read her reviews online and chose her based on them. My 1st scheduled meeting with her she was 45 minutes late stating she was not feeling well and ran behind. At the end of the 1st consultation, she gave me the expectation of my documents being prepared in 1-2 weeks and I paid her my retainer in full. After 3 weeks had gone by and I'd not heard from her or her office, I called and emailed asking for an update. Three business days passed and no response, so I called again leaving a message with a office representative, not a voicemail. After another 3 business days passed I called again and the office representative stated Laura has not been in the office and she's the only one who can call me back to give details of when my documents will be ready. Finally after one full month had passed, my documents were prepared and ready for my approval and review. I returned the approval the next business day and was told the documents would be sent out by certified mail and email within a few days and I'd be copied on it. After 2 weeks I had not seen this receipt, so I called and left a message with an office representative along with forwarded an email to Laura and copied 3 of her staff. It was 3 business days later that I received the email receipt. The reply back from the recipient was received by her office and was forwarded to me 4 business days later. After realizing these late responses and out right actions of ignoring me were taking place, I chose to send her a demand letter. She replied back in the time requested and refunded all my retainer.

Laura Roth and her entire staff are extremely professional and courteous. I employed her services for my will, medical and financial power of attorney. Ms. Roth took the time to explain what I needed in great detail and simple language.

The cost of everything was less than I expected. I'm very pleased with her Law Office and will use her services again if needed. If asked, I would recommend her Law Office to my family and friends.

Would not recommend even if she didn't charge! I dont know how a lawyer could be so lazy and make such poor decisions for a client. She had a friend of mine who was going through a divorce sign a mediation agreement during the height of the housing market agreeing to give the spouse a fixed number when the house sells instead of suggesting 50% of the equity, now my friend is losing money . She never went over the agreement with him or anything , she just had him sign it. She never returned calls or emails those took weeks to hear from her, she used excuses like she was sick, had to fire staff had no one in the office, her paralegal quit, so unprofessional. Don't even call her find anyone else.
