We hired Kyle for our special needs conservatorship case that we knew was likely to be contested. Due to the seven-month backlog in Riverside County, Kyle’s office was able to file for a temporary conservatorship until our case could be heard and that request was granted. The case was ultimately contested by an estranged party which caused a tremendous amount of additional work, documentation and time. Although this was extremely stressful for us, Kyle handled the matter effortlessly. Kyle always had our daughter’s best interest in mind during the numerous court hearings we had, and his knowledge of the law is exceptional. Yesterday, Kyle and our daughter’s court appointed attorney were able to convince the judge that prolonging the case was not it our daughter’s best interest. The judge agreed and we were granted the conservatorship. We could not have done this without Kyle A. Patrick. He is the very best. All of his staff are exceptional and paralegal Joscelyn Carrillo was so amazing. She listened to all of our concerns; she was very sweet and cared about our case so much. She did so much work behind the scenes there is no way our case would have come together the way it did without her. Don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. Conservatorships are stressful and you can count on Kyle Patrick to help you through trying times. We will be recommending them to other families needing a strong conservatorship attorney to take care of their loved ones.

Good litigation but poor in returning phone calls. Several times it had taken more than a month to get call back. 4/16/25: Kyle Patrick's office has drastically changed since my initial review. The personal handling my case has moved on. The issues were not the practice of his office, but of the personal handling my case at the time. Above all, I will use Kyle Patrick in the future if needed.

This is a quality firm. They helped me immensely. I've talked with several attorney's recently about ways that I can help my disabled sister. I needed help with my fathers conservatorship, with the person and estate. I called a lot of different offices and got off the phone discouraged and frustrated. But The law offices of Kyle Patrick left me feeling hopeful and confident and well informed. They even had the least expensive retainer.
For the last 3 months they fought and helped me through the court dates. They were always available for me, they answered every question, every phone call and email. Kyle Patrick‘s office is very professional while being very personable.

My fiancé and I were looking for an attorney for my father in law. We had called so many and were so frustrated and confused. Everyone gave us different advice, if any, and were so expensive. When we talked to Kyle, we felt comforted. We had all of our questions answered and felt secure. Best of all, his retainer was the least expensive of all the offices we had called.
Sometimes you assume you get what you pay for, but not this time. We decided to go with Kyle and had the best experience possible.
We met with Kyle, his associate and his paralegal the very same week. That day, we had papers emailed to us to fill out and the next day our case was electronically filed with the court.
We had a previous attorney who kept us in the dark for months and never even filed papers after 4 months, so we were EXTREMELY pleased!
We had a court date set for 10 weeks after that and meetings set with Kyle in between to get ready for our hearing. We felt very prepared.
Kyle made us feel like family and he made us feel like we really mattered. When you’re dealing with matters like conservatorship, that is so important, he understands that.
Our first hearing did have to get continued on to a second hearing 8 weeks later.
He was with us that whole time, answering every question, every email, every phone call. This is a very tedious process. This office is the best!
We went back to court with a very successful outcome and I know that is because of the endless work of kyle’s team. I would recommend his office to anyone who is looking for a compassionate lawyer with the skills needed to complete the task at hand.
