It was really a pleasure working with Mr. Montana on my mother's document. I tried it the first time as a US Citizen applying for a parent and it got declined and my uncle who has worked with Mr. Montana for a couple of years referred me to him and immediately I called him and booked an appointment. In no time, he started the process and the first thing that amazed me was the traveling documents he applied for my mom together with the Green Card and within few months, the traveling document came out and mom traveled successfully to Africa and when she returned back to the United States 🇺🇸 and in less than two months her Green Card got approved and a card sent to us in less than a week after receiving the approval notices for USCIS.
Mr. Montana is very patient, understanding and will not mind answering any questions regarding the process.
I would refer him to anyone who is looking for an immigration lawyer for either asylum cases or filing for your family back home or as an American Citizen who wants to file your parents.
