She was a mediator assigned by the court. Instead of focusing on mediation, she watched the clock. The court wanted her to mediate for 4 hours, but she only spent 2 hours and 20 minutes listening without assisting in negotiations. For the rest of the time, she charged for writing a report, which only required checking 3 boxes and writing a few lines on a court form.
Don't waste your time and money on her.
