I was involved in an accident where I was blindsided by a DUI driver and suffered from a nasty concussion that lasted two months among other injuries. The original law firm I had did nothing for me. I had hospital bills coming in and insurance adjusters constantly calling saying they've been trying to contact my lawyer with no response. A good friend of mine kept telling me to call Ken who he had used in the past and it was the best decision I could have made. If you've ever had a concussion where the symptoms stick then you know how simple things can become difficult. Ken took care of everything from that point on, got doctors/treatment lined up and above all, answered almost all calls and texts of questions I had promptly. When the insurance sent out the check they made a small error on who it was made out to which resulted in us having to send it back to have another one issued. Knowing I had a trip coming up, Ken even issued me a check and said we can take care of the rest when I get back. That kind of surprised and meant a lot to me and I think speaks greatly of his character and professionalism.
