I can't say enough about my attorney Mr. Goetz and his singular abilities as a legal strategist in my bicycle crash case. An avid cyclist himself, he rose to the challenge that several other prominent, self-adulating personal injury attorneys summarily declined. A careless, indeed heartless motorist ran me off the road on a 'safe' designated bike path and failed to take responsibility, driving away from the scene. False statements maligning my integrity were the pretext for her subsequent unethical disregard for my safety, leaving me immobilized on the ground with a significant injury. Believing in me and my credibility, Mr. Goetz was able to uncover the truth, and present it 'their evidence' as irrefutable supporting evidence corroborating my testimony and elucidating the respondent's inconsistencies. Faced with Mr. Goetz's final brilliant presentation (a meta-analysis--including his own genius re-visiting of the scene and studying traffic patterns and interfacing of motor vehicles/bicycles from various angles) interpreting the sum total of the evidence, a multi-front team of 'well prepared' and smug legal heavy weights ultimately had to settle in my favor.
