🔴🔴Please , please. Listen to me and do NOT get this lawyer. Especially if you’ve no clue what you’re doing legally like I did.
I’ve NEVER seen such bad communication, ESPECIALLY with someone that’s supposed to be representing you legally. I have called this office crying because something so drastic happened in my case and they told me they’d get him to call me and he NEVER did. I don’t remember the last time I even talked to him in person. ‼️He missed an important case meeting of mine which hurt my case. ‼️ please don’t do it. You need someone that communicates well and will stand beside you legally, AND DOES WHAT THEY SAY THEYRE GOING TO DO!!!!! At every step!!! My case would’ve already been over had he actually paid it any ACTUAL ATTENTION. 🔴🔴all he ever did at court hearings was stand and say two words!!!!!! Because of his total carelessness I have to jump through many more hoops because HE DID NOT DO HIS JOB.🔴🔴

I heard a few good things about him and I called a few times for advice before I had gotten him…. And after he became my lawyer, he didn’t help me as much which is insane. BUT ITS ONLY TO GET CLIENTS AND THEN HE STANDS THERE . Get a lawyer that communicates with you at every step of your case !!!!!! And actually cares about your case!

My family has used this firm for years. Any time we had questions or needed advice, they have been there. Mary and the other members of Drake supported me throughout my case after my car wreck. They made sure I stayed informed and that I got what I deserved. I had never gone through anything like this before, so having this knowledgeable firm there for me was so comforting. Tommy represented us in a custody dispute - Communication was the worst communication I’ve ever experienced. Always had to call for updates. Was never informed on any motions being filed. Never won a single motion when we went to court over the course of 2 years. Took our money but did nothing for us. I would not recommend Tommy

100% Dissatisfied…………….
Never seemed to take our case seriously, but took our $$$$ w/out any hesitation!!!
Always was given the runaround when I called the office, either by being placed on hold for more than an hour, or never returning a phone call. I was told numerous times , The Drake’s are out of town, or in court. They would refused calls from the jail. I wouldn’t recommend using them, take your chances elsewhere, to someone who actually cares, & tries!!!

Don't waste your money on these people when your family member passes away. They are very slow and don't communicate very well when you're going through an estate! I've been going through probate court for a year and a half, and it's not over yet!!!

Mrs Kim handled my case wonderfully especially during the quarantine. She walked me through the processes explain the documents I had to sign. When we were expecting to have the paperwork back from the probate office and it was late she stay on them for us. She was there when I would call or stop by her office to answer any questions I had and even help explain a question to my wife's mother unrelated to my case the documents I needed to update and file. If any would ask me to recommend someone it would be her. Thank you Mrs Kim!

Horrible. Crooks. Took my money and case. Never responded to emails and when I do into the office to schedule an appt with Mr Drake he cancels my appt one hr before time and text me he's refunding my money and isn't taking the case. No explanation. I go to get my money and he kept 500 of it claiming investing fees no proof of anything. Crooks
