I have purchased/sold three separate real estate transactions, and this most recent one has been by far the most organized of them all. I have worked with this firm for my most recent purchase and sale, and it has been the easiest process. Their level of communication, organization, attention to detail and customer service go above and beyond. Everything has gone really smoothly, they answer all my questions in a timely manner. I was worried about the real estate transactions and how it would impact my ability to work during my extremely busy times and they have taken the majority of the burden off of me. I really cannot recommend them enough, especially when I compare them to other firms. Most of my communication has been with Lori, and she is amazing! I worked with Lori Strang. She was very professional, responsive, and patient. The first buyer requested many delays, Lori led me through each possible scenario so that I was blue to decide whether to continue or cancel the contract. After several delays we did cancel the contract.
Fortunately we got a new buyer within days and this one was fairly easy. Lori continued to coach me through each step and I felt very comfortable with her expertise and advice.
