The landlord Mark acts like a child and has been trying to push my family out of the home, that he gave us, by not fixing the problems within the house like the pipeline, the floor boards, their cheap paint jobs on the walls, ceiling, anything ...all these problems are from the house being old and not taken cared of by the landlord and we just wanted them fixed but he won't do it. There's a foot long crack on the floor and what he uses to fix the issue is covering it with a carpet 🤦. It's getting to the point where if things don't go his way, he won't bother with it. This is not how you take care of the people that's living in your rented out apartments. He's making the process of paying rent and issue. I can't even go to him to pay the rent personally, i have to go to other people, different people that collects the rent payments and they give me the receipts. Wished adults acted like "adults" and not act petty but it is what it is 🤷
