Paid for UPS Next Day and the package was not even picked up. No one will answer the phone, UPS can't help because it wasn't directly shipped by them. Do not use this so called business. It was a waste of time and a lot of money!

I assure you I did send a package....the employee stated that it would get there on Monday. EVEN with the bad weather it should have been there by now it is Wednesday.

I went in to mail something home to Tennessee to a family member. There were several small items in a box. There were 2 sensi diffusers. The air freshener thing you plug in. When it arrived at Tennessee, there were only one when I called and asked about it. She got rather snarky with me. And the only thing I was inquiring about is if one accidentally got left out. She wouldn't look. She just basically did nothing. I will no longer use the store. I will go to the Post Office and just mail things. All I'm wanting to know is what happened to the other one. It had to go somewhere and I paid a lot of money for it. And I'm not getting any answers from what happened to the one. And it was in the original box that I bought it that it came in. I just wanted answers. To what happened to it? It was $50 and it didn't make it from the business store to Tennessee.

If you support the 2nd Amendment, do not patronize this business!!!! They refused to send my belly band back to a vendor because its a gun accessory. If a Christian Baker is forced to bake a cake for a gay couple, DO YOU JOB AND STOW YOUR POLITICS!!!

People, create accounts with FEDEX and UPS. They will send you packing materials for free AND pick up from you home.

Staff is so much more personable and caring than you would expect from any other shipping and business center. Handled my package with care and respect and made my kid feel special this holiday season. We need more community like this in the world.

I went there today to print a couple labels and drop packages.

I asked if they could provide some packing tape, I had to buy it. Fine.

Then I noticed they charged me $4 because I sent my labels by email to be printed. FOUR DOLLARS to check an email?!?

It’s very petty.

EDIT: I didn't make 8 copies like the response from the owner states but I sent 2 emails to print 2 shipping label (3 pages total).
Also this makes no sense, if I had made 8 copies and if the email fee was $2 then why is my receipt saying that I made 3 copies and that the email fee is $4?

Now I know that I was scammed and I will dispute the charge with my credit card company.
Making the customer pay to check a free gmail box is a joke.

I really hate going here. Every time I do the employees seem very overwhelmed and act like they have no idea what is going on. I tried to return an amazon package the other day and they told the lady in front of me and me that they could not take our packages and that we both had to go to the next closet UPS store which is in Martinsburg!! This location is like 2 miles from my house I do not want to go all the way to Martinsburg just to send a package back. Whatever the issue is it needs to be fixed because I am sure a lot of other customers get turned down too.

Then why would your employee first tell us we can use the code below the QR code and then say never mind go to another store? At first she said "as long as there is a code we can type in." which there was a letter and number code below the QR code.

I know that the business center does do a lot of different things they ship packages they mail mail they package things for you. They do print jobs. They have wireless Internet and office space rental, jobs as well they do bookbinding and package them to ship all over the world!

They are fantastic at print jobs and office work. They have a notary on site that can notarize anything for you in a matter of minutes. They currently have 4-5 people working at all hours they’re open from 9 o’clock in the morning to 6 o’clock and there’s really never a line. Everyone’s very happy and satisfied in this great place to work. If you need last minute cards and gift packages, you can purchase it there or next-door at the thrift store and they can ship from there as well.

They are constantly growing and do all kinds of business related things!

I work for them as well, part-time in the business center but I also work in the thrift store next-door. They own the thrift store as well and I can personally tell you that the owner Brings in a lot of her own things. She buys products just for the thrift stores just to give people a place to work, and to get our local friends and family the best discounts possible!

In this age of inflation upon us everything costs so much money. From the food we eat to the has we put in our cars.

She’s actually bringing in there brand new items!

She actually works on reducing the prices so that everyone can afford to shop there. Most of the items are brand new and they do have some gently used items. Hence the thrift store theology it’s almost like a thrift store boutique so to speak. They have clothing for male female, children infants and even A plus section, jewelry, housewares, automotive, a pet section and a children’s section with toys/dvds/books. They sell a lot of designer clothes. UGG boots, juicy couture sweatsuits London Fog men’s suits are all the rage right now we have suits that are brand new the blazer dress pants and a dress shirt. All brand new still have the tags on them all priceed for five dollars can’t beat that anywhere so I urge you if you have a second to stop by and give the business center a chance and let them package something and ship it out for you or just stop by the thrift store and see us we’d love to have you over. currently we’re only open about two days a week which I’m working myself we’re open from 10 o’clock in the morning to 4 o’clock. I tried to work as many days as I can but being disabled I’m only allowed to work like 3 days. Our schedule is posted on Facebook.

Just dropped off a package. Completely understand that this is a small business and they can't offer the "free things" that large companies offer because they can't spread the cost out to other things like say Staples.

The staff was helpful and was actually trying to find a way to help out another customer in crutches when I walked in. They were clearly trying to go above and beyond for this person.

Will definitely come back here anytime I need something cheap. I really enjoy helping out small business!
