I got in trouble a year ago, I had my sister find me the best lawyers in Birmingham to get me out of trouble. The Bloomston Firm was the first place on her list, and the only place I called.

There was no crazy back and forth, it was complete professionalism after each court date I got an update we’re going in the right direction. There were parts on my end I had to fulfill, but without Brett and his team, I wouldn’t have got those opportunities.

I had a lot of people giving me the best case scenario, saying there is no way I’ll be able to walk away from this unscathed.

This guy got me a result that was better than the “best case scenarios” I was told would happen. I could type all day about how grateful I am, all I have to say is

If you’re in trouble, this is the guy you need to use. It was the most stress free situation I could have been in given the circumstances.

Mr. Bloomston and his associates such as Mr Cameron Hogan are very professional and quite reassuring when you are in a very abnormal situation. The expedient service that I received for my daughter to get her into a neurologist was absolutely outstanding and incomparable to what I have seen and heard of from other attorneys. If you want the best there's no need to look at the rest. They are definitely one of the best firms that you can have represent you in the greater Birmingham area. Brett is the best criminal defense attorney I’ve ever had and has helped me many times avoid jail and prison or get good deals. I would highly recommend him and have used many criminal attorneys during my life but he’s the best of the best!
