I have personally been a Durable Power of Attorney and Durable Power of Health for two close family friends. One had a basic trust that went through probate and another did not need to. My wife and I live overseas and have a diverse portfolio and assets, including a home and multiple retirement accounts. Elaine Andrews was able to not only draft our estate planning portfolio, but she helped us organize our assets and protect us from probate. The portfolio is very well organized and much easier to read and find sections required by various parties such as our bank and our benefactors. Working with Elaine was easy. She is highly professional and can be trusted with protection of your assets. Elaine is timely with an immediate focus on taking care of business (which is my approach to things so I genuinely appreciated that). She explained every aspect of the process of creating a Living Trust and was available to answer any questions we had. All of the terms were clear and direct and she has great follow up.
