I went into this location to do an offer and compromise, the never juana assisted me, it’s been over a year and all she’s done is lie and give promises she can’t deliver, i pays her 1200 in cash and i can’t even get a refund. after a year of waiting she tells me that she is deducting every phone call i’ve made to her and ever miss call i gave to her, but yet i pays her 1200 cash then same day we say down to speak and mind you i know her for 35 plus years, with a friend like her you don’t need enemies, im in the process of filling a complaint with the better business bureau, i have multiple text conversations with juana and so much proof that she’s a scam artist and a con, she just wants you mover so please beware! after doing research she has done this to many many other people, she can’t be trusted

I don't know where to begin. They are very professional and friendly. I had the pleasure of speaking to the entire staff and everyone treated us with respect and kindness. Ms. Juana was very attentive and professional. She never once made me feel like a number or a "dummy." We took our business taxes to her a she straighten everything for us. She walked us through every process. What I liked the most is that she took the time to educate us and so that we understood the process.
Hands down HIGHLY recommend.
