Go to Juanita at Winisor Multiservicios LLC 7524 RICHMOND HWY STE 220 Alexandria, VA 22306 down the hall because this person at TaxBox is not helpful. Read his replies (🤮) to previous reviews and don’t subject yourself to his moods.

In 2022 I met this public notary guy and I have no complaints.
April 2023 I needed a letter signed, he stated due to tax season he was busy and I should find another place.
Today I need another document signed and I had questions of when he could see me and how soon does this letter should be written so Is still valid for when I need it. He had his unprofessional nasty and rude tone of voice. "I said come today"
He has completely lost me I have absolutely no interest and I don't recommend you going to him due to his arrogant behavior. Go somewhere where your valued as a person as a human.

The person we went to get a document notarized,the guy was very rude and arrogant,I wouldn't recommend this,it made me really upset when he was rude to my son!! don't care if he was rude to me.😡😡

Would give 10 stars if I could! It’s located at the top of the stairs, immediately on the left side. Super fast, efficient, and friendly! I will definitely go here again if I ever need their services.
