Renewed my driver’s license today and found it to be a pleasant experience. Dawn was helpful, pleasant, and very efficient, couldn’t ask for better service. I had an appointment and the renewal was completed in approximately 20 minutes. Awesome!

I’ve wound up having to come hear about 4 times since moving to Florida recently and every experience was so quick, easy and efficient. No matter what I needed and how confused I was about what I needed to do, they made it seem effortless to fix things that I thought were going to be complicated and confusing! The last two times Dawn helped me, and I want to mention her specifically because I have never met someone so kind at helpful at any DMV I’ve ever been to…and I’ve been to a LOT! I walked into “The Twilight Zone.” A DMV that is fast, efficient, pleasant, friendly, clean, organized - and everyone had a smile on their face (including customers!). I can’t believe I am going to say this - but I can’t wait to come back HERE again to pay taxes of some sort!

Beautiful building! Helpful and fast staff. HUGE difference coming from Miami and NY. The paint, the decor, and the music, thank you it doesn't feel old like we're all dying in this town or depressed. Love it

Yrsterday7/12. I had an appt at Sebastian DMV. I was assisted by Ananda and Brenda the manager. They made a very stressful situation for me easier. Provided me with information I was not aware and guided me about my next steps. They were very kind polite and respectful. I was impressed and thankful. In May of this year I visited and had an appt with Sebastian DMV and was helped by Stephanie forgot to write a review at that time but experienced the sane assistance by Stephanie. Great staff. Thank You

I recently visited the TAX Collector Office for my driving exam. The staff there was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and polite. I want to give a big shoutout to the examiner, Dawn. Thank you so much! If only all DMV offices were like this one.

Outstanding! While waiting in line for my state Identification card my glasses broke and I could not read anything. The woman, assisting me, patiently read all the questions to me and helped me answer them. I have never experienced such patience.
