I filed for a protective order, waited four hours to not be seen at all, the clerk gave me a date for the hearing in two weeks, turns out that they emailed me a different date two hours after I left the court

Needless to say I didn't show up to the hearing because their emails are not titled at all.,,, it just says "do not reply" didn't know the importance of the email that was directly sent to spam.

I had to refile again and loose another day of work.

Training needs to improve the safety of my son took a toll because of it.

I have further court dates, if nonsense happens with those too,,,,, I'm going to officially file a complaint against the clerk office .

I Was there March 1st 815 am. Walked in the door and told the gentleman checking the names on the doc papers and said my hearing didn't make the list. He checked again and said we didn't make the list again. That I will have to call and reschedule. Come to find out after 6 calls it was all a mistake. So I didn't get to go to my default hearing. Very frustrating when I have documents that showed truth behind my case. Now my hearing starts in April. This is all very frustrating.

Initially I was proud to get married in Cochise County. I feel differently after the entire process of applying for a marriage license and receiving it.

First, you are the GOVERNMENT. Yet, your website and automatic phone recording are incorrect. Which is costing your citizens time and money. We did our research via the phone and your website and nowhere does it alert customers that the Sierra Vista office is closed. We drove 30 minutes to Sierra Vista to grab a marriage application to only find out...that location is closed. Even though we called and verified information online. Although the deputies at the office were friendly enough they also had no useful information. We had to take time off of work which cost us money and gas.

2 days later we make the drive to the Bisbee office. We had our correctly filled out marriage license application. Not once did the clerk say "hello, how can I help, oh hey...humans are in front of me maybe I should make eye contact." Nothing. But, she typed some things into her computer and then handed a marriage license with INCORRECT information to us. Even though they had our correctly filled out application and our drivers licenses....right in front of them.
-My first name was incorrect.
-The name of my home city was spelled wrong.
-And my partner and I's home cities were backwards.

We caught most of the errors in real time and after some confusion for the clerk they were able to fix them. But, of course we missed one small error along with the clerk and now have to drive back to Bisbee and get this filed correctly so it doesn't cause us issues down the road.

The clerk and office did do one thing correctly. They were able to charge us and get their money. Of course, they will get that correct.

If anyone from the office reads this please use this feedback and all of these other negative reviews as a way to educate your clerks and improve your services. Yeah, you're the government....we need you, not the other way around...and we are not 'customers' but treat us like we are humans and show kindness and at least try to do your job correctly.

I'm from out of state, wanted to get married in Tombstone in April of 2023. Online and phone recording say Bisbee or Sierra Vista which was wrong, only Bisbee bc Sierra Vista quit due to staffing/covid. Finally in Bisbee after driving to Sierra Vista went and got the marriage license. Called later that day, saying the number at the bottom of the license was incorrect and the license was invalid and had to go back in morning to get correct license. 5 months later, multiple phone calls and emails, and still trying to get a copy of the Certificate of Marriage so my wife can change her last name.

Bisbee and Sierra Vista neither one will answer the phone any time during the day at any extension. I have left "countless" messages to please return my calls and no response. It is 3/5/18 and today I have left 5 voice mails to return my calls as I have done on previous days. Must be nice to get paid for doing nothing. Good luck to anybody that can talk to a real person or get a call back. One time I did talk to a person on 12/27/17 and they gave me the wrong information and I had to redo my entire document.

Very frustrating! Kept getting told one thing from one person and a completely different thing from someone else. We are trying to transfer property over to my father and this office keeps giving us the runaround plus they NEVER answer their phones! We reside in Phoenix so it's not exactly convenient to come here to take care of this matter, which we have been trying to do for months! I am very unhappy with how things are run here.

A court order submitted on May 31 that needed the judge’s signature wasn’t signed until July 27, and then only after I sent an email complaining about the horrible wait time and lack of professionalism. At one point we were told they couldn’t find the order. Definite lack of adequate training and poor customer service.
