Thomas Bartell simply lacks human decency. He told me to email him the information. I did so immediately 13 days ago (4/26/23). 2 days after (4/28/23), I emailed him back to let him know to contact me with any clarifying questions on the info I sent (because it was a lot).
I hadn't heard anything back still 8 days later (5/5/23) so I sent another email asking:

"Hi Thomas,

Just wanted to check in from my emails & the referral from the Milwaukee Bar and see what your thoughts are?"

No response.....Finally yesterday on 5/8/23 I called the office. The receptionist said she would take a message AND text him that I called.

NO RESPONSE.

I contacted the Milwaukee Bar on 5/8/23 about this. She called back on 5/9/23 saying that SHE heard from him- and he said he wasn't going to take the case.

My only response to her was "and WHY couldn't he respond and tell me that?"

She said she had no clue but was as equally ticked as I was. CLEARLY someone you don't want representing you.

You’re a joke. I get a summons to court on March 25th for April 25th. Don’t even wait for the date, call my EX employer and spread my PERSONAL info to people who don’t need it. You don’t have my cell apparently, but don’t worry I left you a voicemail with it so you don’t look so money hungry and ridiculous anymore. I love the harassment by the way! This firm secured a judgement against me for a bank. I paid the judgement but still no satisfaction has been filed. This firm and the bank have not been helpful and this really plays havoc with your life.
