I used to hate going to the dentist but love this place! I truly no longer stress. I have white coat syndrome but Katy just relaxes me with her personable style. She is also very professional and knowledgeable. She listens and addresses my needs. Dr. Lym is gentle and respectful. He only performs necessary dentistry. He is more concerned about me as a patient than pushing treatment just to build his business. This practice has earned my trust. The front counter employees are also a huge plus in this business. It’s the first people you see and the last who tell you goodbye. Immediately upon entering they welcome you and make you feel calm and wanted. When you leave they are fully aware of your next appointment and insurance or financial obligations and you feel they have it all under control. Yes…this is a small town practice but not an insignificant one. Knowledgeable, personable, professional, and confident. I highly recommend.

Always a great experience at Stephen City Family Dentistry. Loretta is amazing! She is always gentle, but thorough with her cleanings. Dr. Lim is the best! He truly cares about his patients and is honest in his assessment and recommendations. The best dental practice in this area!

We love Stephens City Family Dentistry! Everyone there is so nice and makes you feel like family. My husband and I have only been patients there for about two years (which means only about 4 appointments each) but they already treat us like we’re all old friends. Literally everyone from the moment you walk in makes you feel very comfortable. Typically a trip to the dentist is not a highlight of the day- but it is if Dr. Lim and his team it will be!

Stephens City Family Dentistry is a very clean environment with a positive, cheerful, happy friendly atmosphere! I absolutely love this dental clinic! The staff is friendly and very patient. I had to bring my 1 year old to an appointment with me and the staff was Very understanding and interacted with him to keep him occupied. Excellent customer service, very thorough with their work and just an all around awesome dental office. I highly recommend!

This is my second time leaving a review for Stephens City Family Dentistry! Dr. Lim was really awesome did a unbelievable best job ever on my two crowns and the whole staff there is awesome! I wish I remembered all their names but Olivia was awesome in greeting me and getting me all setup with the financial stuff as well. I also wanted to thank the other front desk lady too she was awesome as well! Dr. Lim assistants were all awesome as well!
