I have had to use State Marshal Barbieri a few times with tenant issues. He has been great every time. When I stop in he always finds times to help and has no issues explaining the process. Since I don't do this often, its greatly appreciated. I can't help but think some of his negative reviews are from people who are being served. In that case, he's just doing his job.

He was very nice and explained to me why my account was charged money without my knowledge. It had nothing to do with him I relocated and still owed taxes on a car that I had and I never received a bill so the account went to him. He offered affordable payment arrangement to help me out. So of course he’s going to get one stars because he’s a state marshal so he’s going after people that don’t pay their bills!!! I have to say he gets the job done as a state marshal he’s very professional and for everyone leaving negative reviews if you paid your bills on time you would never have to meet him

The most miserable excuse for a human being. No regard for humanity at all. Terrible to work with. Don't ever expect communication in a kind fashion or any at all - actually stated to me word for word he doesn't have time because of his caseload. Lazy, arrogant and insanely rude.

Dont ever go to this marshal they are super rude. And will not be happy to help you at all. Your best off finding a marshal in a different town completely.
