Nice facility and staff. Unfortunately after three months my therapist was laid off or unemployed. The way I found out was the receptionist telling me I had to schedule with someone else and my therapist no longer works there. If you're a business that deals with helping people of all areas of trauma maybe the more professional route is to update current patients that their therapist is no longer employed is with a kind email or phone call. Because of this unprofessional lack of empathy example from this office I will no longer be continuing my business here. If you do try this business just be prepared to possibly have your therapist not be able to be there for you after you establish trust and put in a lot of hard work to get better.

I personally used 2 of the counselors here. Not once, but twice, my counselor was either laid off or otherwise unemployed by start moving on. The second time this happened there was no notice or phone call to make me aware or give me options. I was simply told I had been transferred to another counselor. As someone dealing with past trauma and a myriad of other things, this is unacceptable.

Review for Caitlin Flaum: Non-judgemental, supportive, but asks difficult and poignant questions. I did a handful of EMDR sessions with her and, surprisingly, my sleep normalizes, my blood pressure and heart rate normalized, and I didn't have adjustment issues afterward.
