I have to admit I don't do reviews often except when really good or really bad. I met with 7 other attorneys prior to selecting Mrs. Albelais as She was the person who made me feel the most comfortable and was willing to work with me and my requests.

With all court situations the outcome is unpredictable and not entirely in the hands of your attorney. That being said the stress I felt going into this experience was significantly less than if I hadn't gone ahead and sought out an attorney by far. Stacy and one of the Paralegals Mascitti, were extremely and attentive to my requests along with my goals.

Due to the situation of my case we had to file for an "ex-parte", followed by a change of venue to shift the case up to riverside, a change in custody, mediation and ultimately statements to highlight key points made that didn't change the initial perception of the case.

While money is a huge concern of mine especially as I didn't want to waste any just to get the same outcome as was currently in place; both assisted me in making the ultimate decision to go with her and her team. She was also willing to work with me and helped to reassure me of my situation that took a ton of more stress off.

Her team kept me informed every step of the way and was engaged in a way that surprised me. If i were to have to do this again or knowing what I know now I would have just told myself to ask more questions. I like to know each and every step and detail and there were times that I felt like I was in the dark, yet all I had to do was ask. Every time I did ask, I was given a very good amount of information and even suggestions on what to do and what I should not to do.

Ultimately, this was a great overall experience under the circumstances. She and her team will be my first stop in the future if I need any legal assistance and I would highly recommend anyone in any situation to utilize her and her team. while money is a concern money, it doesn't buy happiness, and it seems like a lot or so they say; nothing beats the opportunity to feel less stress as obtaining the outcome desired comes at a price. If I could leave a zero star I would. Their office staff are rude and disrespectful. They believe you don’t understand them and start talking to their co-workers in English being disrespectful and insulting you to them. She stated her name was lorrie she currently has red hair. I stated I was taking my business somewhere else due to her rudeness and horrible attitude and behavior she responded in a rude manner go ahead and do whatever you want. I didn’t even get a chance to meet with the lawyer so I can’t speak about her. Based on the representation she has in her office I would not recommend anyone wasting their money on this law firm!!!! If supposedly you are there to help us, you should be polite and do it with a smile since you are in a customer service business. Worse experience in my life made me feel inhumane!!! Seemed a little racist as well and only speaking on this front desk individual with red hair named Lorrie

We could not be more than pleased and satisfied with the services of Stacy and her amazing team. We had a very difficult custody case considering we are not blood related to the child, everyone told us it couldn't be done but Stacy did an amazing job with her team.
