Dave Kelly helped me through a situation and was very thorough. Always prompt to answer and explain all my questions and concerns. He made me feel comfortable through the process and was very easy to talk to. This is the first time I have ever worked with a lawyer and it was nice to be treated as an equal. We met with Elizabeth Famous for estate planning and to update medical directives. We had a tight timeline we were trying to accomplish and she went out of her way to meet our needs. She was also able to take what seemed like a fairly complex issue and make it simple and understandable. Elizabeth was also able to suggest a better way to structure things. She is extremely knowledgable, friendly and helpful.

Do not go here for estate planning or probate filing. Difficult to track anyone down. Quoted us $1500 to file probate paperwork for my dad’s passing. We gathered and provided all supporting paperwork needed. They filled out the form incorrectly, leaving out critical info and had to rework it. Charged us for the rework and gave my 86 year old widowed mom a bill for $2800. We challenged them on charging her for redoing paperwork so they credited us $450, only to include another bill for $249 with it! Stay away!

its never the a favorite thing to do, but working with this firm especially Beth made planning my will etc. easy. She answered all my questions, even the ones one may hate asking when doing a will. She made the anxiety of the whole matter a lot easier. I would highly recommend this firm in all your needs as they put the clients needs on top.

Absolutely terrible people, conned an 86 year old woman out of thousands. Do not recommend. Take your legal troubles elsewhere as these scoundrels will provide sub par service and charge you for their screw ups. One star
