I had the pleasure of working with Sonoma Legal LLC and would give them 10 stars if I could. Branden, the owner, went above and beyond to handle my case. He conducted extensive research to locate the individual I needed to serve, despite that person going to great lengths to evade service and make Branden's job as difficult as possible. But Branden didn’t give up. He persevered, eventually making contact and even offering to meet the individual wherever and whenever it was convenient for him.

Even when the person attempted to intimidate Branden and hinder his efforts, Branden remained professional and committed. He provided me with a detailed affidavit of the situation and requested an alternative form of service on my behalf. Throughout the entire process, he kept me well-informed and answered every question I had.

What truly stood out was that, after spending countless hours assisting me, Branden gave me a phenomenal deal. His dedication to helping was evident, and he even followed up afterward to see if I needed further assistance. Branden is an exceptional process server who truly goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of reliable and effective legal services. Thank you again, Branden!

This company is 100% exceptional at what they do!! I called them on a Friday anxious to serve my soon to be ex husband with divorce papers and they helped me in an instant. They were able to serve him the same day and to deliver their services in a very professional manner.

The owner is Branden and he helped me out tremendously. He is also super friendly and he responded to all of my emails really fast. Even on a Saturday evening!

I requested their service on October 22, 2024. I ordered the same day delivery and despite emails and phone calls to get updates, Sonoma Legal LLC did not update me until the night of 11/2/24. They did not serve or attempt to serve the plaintiff. The court date was 11/4/24. This is fraud. I do not recommend Sonoma Legal LLC , they just take your payment. Beware.

I wish I had seen the Yelp reviews for both B's Process Serving (the previous company name) and Sonoma Legal LLC. The experiences there reflect mine exactly. A quick response initially, but as soon as payment is sent it's like pulling teeth. Since phone calls and emails seem to go unanswered, maybe online reviews are viewed? Branden - you're fired.
