Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience.

After 4 months of back and forth I was no closer to settlement with the other party, it seems my case was not as clear cut as communicated during the first introduction meeting.

On two occasions my representative would go away on holiday without informing me, and in that week we would have a deadline scheduled with the other party. This was exceptionally frustrating given then fact that I still paid a premium for their services.
