Wow, where do I start. This was by far the worst event of our lives, my boyfriend got hurt at work, we listened to the insurance company and was about to be thrown to the wolves and on our own, with doctors, lost wages, and feeling totally defeated. Slominski Law was a breath of fresh air for our family. The entire staff cared about us, more than just making money. They took care of us and got us a settlement more than we expected. I had a very serious accident and I was in the ICU in Roanoke for a month. Everyone in Slominski law treated me very nice, I don’t speak good English but Maria was very helpful with interpreting everything in every step of the way. Even after my case was resolved they continue to look out for me and treat me just as nice. Forever my family. Highly recommended!! The best team I ever had!! I have no words to express my gratitude. She is the real deal!! Read her book if you've been hurt at work. The huge company I worked for refused to do anything for me when I got injured at work. I was dealing with a complete HR runaround for my shredded rotator cuff. I met with her once with the paperwork I had and things instantly turned around. I was able to see an OD and get a diagnosis and treatment. Everyone at her office treated me with compassion and respect. A work injury is a long, tough road and they walk it with you. Jaleh Slominski is the lawer I needed and I'm grateful for her and the crew at Slominski Law everytime I pick up my grandson!!!

My husband was hurt on the job and like most, the place of employment did not want to stand behind their employee. We were at a loss as what to do next. My FIL seen an add on TV for Slominski Law and jotted down their number. We took and contacted them directly. We wished that we would have done this from the beginning. They are ALL AMAZING to work with, Jaleh, Jennifer and Dawn. We would give more than 5 stars if we could. They explained everything, answered all questions, calls and emails in such a timely manner. We never had to worry about a thing. They took over and in the end got us the best possible outcome to the WC injury. We all know that WC is not easy to work with at all.
