I had set up a fifteen minute free consultation here and was receiving notifications that it was about to begin. Once the time hit, I never received an actual call back.
So, instead of actually being able to talk to someone. I completely wasted my lunch waiting around, hoping to get a phone call. Could have received help elsewhere if I had known.They weren't going to make time for me

So I'm giving 2 stars because I was told my custody battle was going to be an "OPEN & SHUT CASE"! It was absolutely NOT! 3+ years and over $10,000 later. (SHOCKER) ((Don't fall for it call around first and do some digging. If they ever tell you it's an open and shut case it's a lie!!)) They are nice people that work their. But I'm not sure what else they do. I found some MAJOR STUFF ON MY OWN AND HAD TO GET MYSELF A NO CONTACT ORDER AGAINST THE FATHER OF MY SON AND DO ALL THE FOOT WORK. So both my experience with lawyers have been ruined. IN MY OWN OPINION they look good next to you in court but don't really care about clients.

Beware of these people I called set up an appointment they said everything was a go, an hour before my appt they called said they needed to reschedule and push back appt for an hour later then original time. I agreed to the new time no one ever called at new schedule time. I then called back and scheduled another appointment. Schedule another appointment waited another week to talk to someone and once again 2 hours before my now 3 schedule appointment they call and say they can’t. It is Oct 1 and my first original schedule appointment was Sept 9. If you ask me very unorganized and not well practiced firm. Wouldn’t recommend hiring them.

I was a client on 2022 when they were moving and the main person attorney was going through a divorce as well. I don’t know if was because of that but the communication was not the best
Everything was slow, wrong dates the job was done at bare minimum, the other party was aggressive and and fearless . I felt like I was a criminal on jail being “defended “ almost like I had to plead guilty
They got the job done though …..by agreeing with the other party I feel like they could definitely represent me better. And I was the petitioner.

Jared Hays absolutely did an amazing job in court for us. He was completely prepared, and argued it perfectly. Him and his team were easy to communicate with, and made it easy.
