With all the handicap cards in windows of vehicles around town I would think more people would want places to be handicap accessible. I can't climb stairs where are some bathrooms? Heart problems any trouble?
How hard is it to have automatic door? Not really much cost. It is not like the place won't make their money back. Everyone has been given notice and had plenty of time to make adjusts. They don't or won't do that. Jason isn't the bad guy here. If you couldn't eat out (like when places close) you get mad. We are only asking to go out also. It is going to cost no matter what they do, so why not stay open and get their money back?

I have my college degree because this man helped me fight for my rights as a Deaf individual. I am thankful for the ADA and individuals who will help protect our rights.

I am not a client; today, I just went looking for a website to email the attorney about an ADA issue and I'm astonished to see such vitriol. Regardless of the alleged tactics employed, the Americans With Disabilities Act does spell out exactly how things must be, and various municipal permitting and code inspection places exist such that I don't find any excuse to be out of compliance.
