You don’t actually get any quote from contacting this site. They broker your info to 3-4 separate businesses whose salespeople contact you later, none with a quote at first contact. I was looking for quotes on a one-time job, destroying old records from a closed business. Three of four sales people who responded had more questions and wanted me to call them before giving any numbers, despite my specification that they communicate by email. I was bombarded with cell phone calls the next business day at my new job, creating a problem for me there. One went so far as to find and call the third party who acquired my old business’s phone number, so that shredder was out for any of my work no matter what the quote. I went with the only company that provided the quote via email without phone calls, who properly included the specific questions that could affect the bid.

The person I live-chatted with on this site was quick, to the point, and responsive. It did save me the time of contacting the individual shredding companies. So, 3 stars for doing what they do well.

Not 5, because they don’t do what their website implies they will do, and because of the overall negative effect on me from the responding salesmen.

Super excellent service! Quick response time and was able to schedule me ASAP. The drive was in and out in about 20 minutes with no mess or fuss he was very polite and helpful as well. Will definitely be using their services again in the very near future.
