I cannot recommend Jay Jaser and his staff enough. My sister and I went to see Jay when we were running out of options fast for our mother. Right from the start we knew we made the right choice. He referred a nursing home to us and managed to get her admitted just in the nick of time. And it was the best choice of a facility that could have been made. Since neither my sister or I had any knowledge of the Medicaid process, Jay explained the whole process to us and then proceeded with the long complicated process. Jay and his staff were so professional and helped us every step of the way. But even more important was his compassion and caring for me, my sister and my mother (who he never met). He and his staff truly cared about my family and our journey. Rarely do you find someone who is professional and compassionate at the same time.
