Dexter is the best!!! long story short I was with an agent for almost 4 years looking a house bid on multiple houses and never once my offer was accepted and her excuse was the New Yorker are coming in and biding more, I was so disappointed I almost lost hope. I then ask a friend if she knows anywhere renting and she said why not buy a house I explain to her what my agent said she was like hell no and refer me to Dexter Shinebrite brokerage, two months with Dexter we put In an offer and sure enough the offer was accepted, Dexter knew exactly how much to offer while with the other agent I had to tell her how much I want to offer. Wish I could continue but I'm just going to end it here by saying Dexter is the BEST and I will always respect him and refer him to anyone; I know looking a house because he's simple the best and if something is not right about a property he's going to tell you, he make sure the property is up to standard and to your liking he don’t forces anything on you. I can’t say enough nice things about Marilena. Not just as a real estate agent but also as a person. She was always available to help us and got answers to our questions right away. While we were looking we changed courses on what we wanted and she didn’t skip a beat changing the course with us. We had a very tight schedule and if she wasn’t available at the time one of her co-workers met us on our schedule. The whole process was very smooth. Where do we even start! Marilena was there for us the minute we inquired about the house we ended up buying. We moved from MA to CT, ended up in a lengthy process with the seller and she was with us every step of the way. Even after the deal was done she helped recommend plumbers, electricians, anything we needed.
