Shiers Law has, for the last 30+ years been exceptionally helpful to our company, our partners, and to our customers. We have encouraged countless people within the Kitsap and surrounding communities due to the level of service and professionalism. I have engaged them for my own personal, legal needs. Our firm consults with them regularly for contractual (business) as well as legal opinions related to boundary concerns. We often refer our customers to Shiers for matters that may suit their land-use projects, be it putting properties in trusts, adjoiner disputes, or easements. I have been using Tracy DiGiovanni, Esq,, a partner at the Shiers Law Firm for several matters for the last several years. Their service has been excellent and timely.

Tracy has made recommendations regarding some real estate matters and subsequently negotiated with the other party on my behalf. She has incorporated a non-profit for me and created all the necessary corporate papers. She also helped create a complex management agreememnt.

Lastly, Tracy is also handling some estate matters on my behalf.

I could not recommend Tracy DiGiovanni and the Shiers Law Firm more highly.
