My fiance is Chinese and we were having a problem with the computer while filling out the applications for a marriage license.
My info input fine, but in the pro ess of using my translation apps, it timed out before we could complete her portion!! The wonderful lady at the counter had us sit down and worked with us to get the form completed.
I just noticed that the business card doesn't have her name on it, but she went above and beyond to get it done and all with a smile!!

Went in to file an FBN and the woman at the office was incredibly rude. Even asked if my husband spelled his own name correctly and scrutinized his signature. We are paying money to you to start a business properly and you treat people like criminals?

Went in for a passport appointment. They were rude, gave me wrong information, and made me run around town trying to track down a money order. If you’re getting your passport renewed do it anywhere else.

They'll give you incorrect information and they want to stop working as soon as possible. Close at 5 but stop work at 4:30. Showed up at 4:22 and they wouldn't even do anything then. Typical government workers.
