They came in a half hour late afternoon on a Friday and moved all the stuff out of furnace room cleaning everything with a special antibacterial spray. They disposed of all things that couldn’t be salvaged in black plastic bags Anna set the bags outside. They took the sewage bags with them. They used another spray to clean it all up and then the huge dryers, an air scrubber and a dehumidifier left there for 4 days. There was no smell or mold anywhere in furnace room the dryers also saved my water heater. Great company and reasonably priced. We could never have cleaned it to be worry free.

Servpro of Kendall County are excellent and professional. My garage burned down and they sent a crew out to help me get photos of my car and items for the insurance company. They cleaned up and demolished the old garage and built a brand new one. I am very happy with the service provided. They answered all my questions. Have went above and beyond to make sure I am happy.

This review is perhaps long overdue, but I need to give a shout out to Steve Pearson of Servpro Kendall County who's team boarded up our house, July 2021, after a late night fire destroyed everything. It was Steve who contacted us and came back out the next morning to make recommendations, answer questions, and help us decide our next moves to recovery. Steve was also a great resource for the weeks that followed while we were still trying to cope with our loss. Most importantly, It was Steve who recommended a great company & contractor to take on a complete site cleanup and home rebuild. Thank you Steve, for helping us put our lives back together and, for putting us on our path to our beautiful new home.

11:45 AM on a Sunday morning and my water softener decided to break a seal and spray water all over my basement. Before I knew it, there was a half an inch of water in my basement. I called one company that said they could not help me but told me I should call Servpro of Kendall County, and that they’ll have somebody out immediately. Within one hour I had a professional crew of two technicians, Enrique was in charge, his partner was right on it…and immediately I knew I was in good hands. They were very professional, complete in their work, absolutely considerate of all my belongings and my house while they did their work. They couldn’t do enough for me . I spoke to Gene in the office, the project manager, an absolute professional, Rob came to my house to check on the humidity levels the next morning who was quick and efficient and offered to come by my house in the morning before he started his workday to check on things, you don’t find that level of Service often at all!
I ended up speaking with Steve one of the owners this afternoon. I don’t think you can ask anymore from local businesses that are independently owned and operated franchises . I sure know who to call next time. I cannot Express my gratitude towards each, and every individual worked I worked with throughout this ordeal and hassle on a Sunday afternoon.
