Marc, and his assistant, Andrea, have treated me with friendliness and respect from day one. Marc has handled my case in a thoroughly professional manner, and has provided very good advice and counsel. This is my first experience with the court system, and even though its a Civil matter, I hope it's my last of any kind. But if I were to find myself in a similar situation in the future, I would return to Marcus Semmes for assistance. I can offer no higher recommendation than I would come back to Marc for assistance.

Marc was not only a complete professional that made the stressful decision to file for bankruptcy a breeze, but also an amazing human being who, despite the stereotypes about lawyers, was personable and actually cared about my case and my circumstances.

Prices were in line with what others that specialize in his area charge, and I felt that I got what I paid for and then some.

Every question I had was answered with haste, I never felt like I was playing second fiddle to other clients, and as a kicker, Marc himself personally returned my phone call at the start of our relationship.
